R.E.P. General Contracting, a family owned and operated company, designs and builds garages with the future in mind, whether it be an expansion, addition, or completely new project. With a variety of customizable garage packages to choose from, R.E.P. makes sure that our customers feel comfortable and satisfied with the construction layout and payment plan before starting any work. Our crews encourage customer input and will handle all requests efficiently. Customers can choose to design their own blueprints or have the R.E.P. team draft a design. R.E.P. is always ready to accommodate customer requests.

We specialize in custom garages that are built to your needs. Our years of experience include one- and two-story, which includes both detached and attached garages. If applicable, we can walk you through the advantages and disadvantages of both and ensure that your garage will meet your needs and expectations for years to come. Our crews focus on waterproofing and cutting down drafts to keep the elements of Wisconsin at bay. We do this in part by installing a proper gutter system and water resistant wraps on all garages. In addition, R.E.P. uses the finest practices to ensure a safe, aesthetically pleasing garage. All garage work is performed by qualified R.E.P. contractors.

Some of the main features included in each of our garage designs are:

  • Use of footings for a stable base and environment
  • Cement floors machine troweled and pitched to keep water away
  • Standard 16" center studding used for frames (2x4 or 2x6)
  • Headers are made of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) material
  • Trusses used on roofs with minimum 1-foot overhangs on all sides
  • Insulation, ventilation, and dry wall inserted in all garages
  • Seamless, aluminum gutters installed
  • Vinyl, steel, or cedar siding available with water resistant wraps
  • Torsion bars used on steel overhead doors

In addition to building new garages, R.E.P. offers maintenance on existing garages. Our garage maintenance services include gutter work, clearing clogs, winching leaning garages straight, re-facing, fixing broken springs and door mechanisms, repairing roof damage, and more.
